These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and CTY Software ("we", "us") about your use of CTY Auth and its websites, panel and APIs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you accept them on its behalf.
1. The Service
CTY Auth lets you create, sell and manage license keys for your apps, work with resellers, watch sign-ins and control your apps remotely. Features and limits depend on your plan and are described on our pricing page.
We keep improving the Service, so features may change. If we remove a feature that is central to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account you confirm that you are; we do not ask for proof of identity.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and API credentials secret, and turn on two-step verification. You are responsible for everything done through your account and your API tokens.
- You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace, including partners, distributors, resellers and developers, and for what they do in it.
3. Plans and payment
- The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed per period at the price shown on our pricing page, in US dollars.
- A paid plan starts as soon as your workspace is upgraded. When it ends without being renewed, your workspace moves back to the Free plan. Existing keys keep working, but you cannot go beyond the Free limits until you upgrade again.
- Taxes and payment fees, where they apply, are your responsibility.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break any law or help someone else break it;
- distribute malware, or software that harms devices or steals data from the people who use it;
- attack, probe or overload the Service or its infrastructure, or try to get around its limits or security;
- access another workspace's data without permission;
- resell or offer the Service itself as your own product without our written agreement.
You alone are responsible for the apps you protect and sell through the Service and for holding every right and license they need. We do not review your apps or your customers.
5. Your data
You keep all rights to the data you put into the Service. You give us the permission we need to host, process and back it up in order to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including the data of your apps' users, which we process on your behalf.
You are responsible for informing the users of your apps about the data your apps send to the Service.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service running at all times, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, updates and events outside our control can cause interruptions.
7. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account.
We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these Terms, puts the Service or other users at risk, or that the law requires us to stop. Where possible, we will warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those written in these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that caused it.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence or intent.
10. Indemnity
You will cover our losses from claims made by third parties, including your customers and the users of your apps, that arise from your apps, your content or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the panel or by email before it applies. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The İstanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory protections you have under the law of your country of residence.
